Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
